Modern Workplace Specialist – 365 / Intune

Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking a specialist to join their workspace team to ensure operational continuity and stability. This role focuses on supporting a large-scale digital workspace transformation while maintaining high-quality service delivery for end-users.

• Provide second and third-line support to end-users and the service desk for workspace-related issues.
• Manage and monitor digital workplace components within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Support device management and policy administration using Microsoft Intune.
• Follow up on incidents and problems to ensure technical stability within the workspace domain.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize daily operational processes.

• You have 3+ years of experience in second and third-line technical support roles within enterprise IT environments.
• You possess 3+ years of experience with Windows workspace management and device management using Microsoft Intune.
• You have 3+ years of experience as a technical specialist focusing on user infrastructure.
• You bring extensive experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments and digital workspaces.
• You're experienced in operationalizing workplace hardware including PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• You have a solid understanding of ITIL processes, specifically incident and problem management.
• You possess a basic understanding of security and compliance within enterprise IT.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within a public or semi-public sector context.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for workspace automation.
• Familiarity with alternative client operating systems such as macOS or iOS.
• Experience with change and configuration management tools.
• Insight into endpoint security and basic hardening techniques.
