Security Architect – IT/OT & Critical Infrastructure

Our client, a provider of vital infrastructure services, is seeking a Security Architect to bridge the gap between strategic security objectives and technical implementation. This role focuses on ensuring resilience and compliance across a diverse landscape of IT, OT, and cloud environments to guarantee business continuity.

• Design and evolve the target security architecture by integrating Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles.
• Define security architecture standards and principles across network, cloud, IT/OT, and ICAM domains.
• Perform technical and architectural risk assessments on infrastructures, business applications, and industrial systems.
• Contribute to security governance and intake processes to align solutions with organizational frameworks.
• Assist project teams in integrating security requirements for complex environments including SAP and cloud solutions.
• Monitor emerging threats and technology trends to propose continuous improvements to the security posture.

• You have 5+ years of experience in security architecture within complex hybrid environments including IT, OT, and Cloud.
• You bring proven expertise in security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, NIS2, and GDPR.
• You possess technical proficiency in network segmentation, Zero Trust models, and Cloud Security.
• You have experience with ICAM solutions, including IAM, IGA, PAM, and federation.
• You bring knowledge of SAP security integration and inter-application data flows.
• You have familiarity with XDR, SIEM, and security monitoring and auditing tools.
• You possess experience in cryptography including PKI, key management, and strong authentication.
• You're proficient with architecture modeling using Archimate.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with excellent communication and simplification skills.

Nice to Haves

• Possession of CISSP, CISM, CISA, or SABSA certifications.
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and generative models in a security context.
