Our client, a key player in the European energy landscape, is seeking a specialist to support the reliability and sustainability of their electricity infrastructure. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing automated cloud solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot containerized infrastructure and automated cloud solutions.
- Build CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment for large-scale systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy new infrastructure within the Azure platform using Terraform.
- Monitor system health, availability, and latency while resolving issues across development and production environments.
- Automate and streamline operations through infrastructure-as-code and GitOps models.
- Maintain detailed documentation and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering focusing on Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- You possess 5+ years of experience writing Hashicorp Terraform configurations and modules for infrastructure automation.
- You bring experience with container technologies including Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- You have knowledge of data platform services including Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.
- You possess experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps methodologies.
- You're familiar with cloud networking concepts, security protocols, and the Well-Architected Framework.
- You bring proficiency in scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- You have experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and a willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of OpenTofu or Bicep.
- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Active knowledge of French, Dutch, or German.
