Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a specialist to provide data stewardship and process ownership for its regulated content and regulatory information. This role focuses on supporting end-users and managing diverse product portfolios through effective database management and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line business support and end-user training for the global license tracking database and document management system.
- Analyze, remediate, and disseminate information held in regulatory databases to maintain the product portfolio.
- Perform quality control checks and proofreading on data entered into regulatory submissions databases.
- Author, review, and approve validation deliverables, SOPs, release notes, user guides, and protocols.
- Implement controlled vocabularies that align with product master data strategies and IDMP requirements.
- Manage computer system validation efforts and deliverables across all regulated systems.
- Handle deviation and CAPA management while ensuring audit readiness and inspection support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- You have 3+ years of experience in regulatory information management, including global license tracking, IDMP, and document management systems.
- You bring expertise in validation processes such as CSV, SOP development, and validation deliverables.
- You possess knowledge of quality assurance standards including CAPA, deviation management, and audit readiness.
- You're proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously within established procedures.
- You are fluent in English.
