Business Analyst – Energy Market & Utility Processes

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a professional to support their project portfolio focused on market innovations and data management. This role involves bridging the gap between regulatory frameworks and business transformations by providing expertise in market operations.

• Analyze market-specific business processes and translate regulatory requirements into functional business designs.
• Facilitate collaboration between process owners and technical experts to ensure alignment across complex projects.
• Define end-to-end test scenarios and provide active support during the execution of quality management and migration activities.
• Develop comprehensive communication and training materials to facilitate business change and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor content-related dependencies between various projects and manage shifting priorities within the analysis team.
• Prepare and actively participate in internal and external working groups focused on market processes.

• 5+ years experience as a business analyst within the energy sector.
• 5+ years business analysis experience specifically focused on the rectification domain.
• 5+ years professional experience in general business analysis.
• Proven knowledge of MIG6 market processes and Digital Meters.
• Practical experience with Business Process Management (BPM) for process development and optimization.
• Experience in Quality Management and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience within Change Management, including the development of training and educational materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and communicative skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
