Senior Program Manager – Digital Justice & Legal Transformation

Our client, a leading public sector organization, is seeking a result-oriented professional to oversee complex digital and organizational processes within the legal chain. The role focuses on steering multidisciplinary programs that enhance service delivery and streamline information processing across various institutional stakeholders.

• Lead the implementation of large-scale digital transformation projects within the legal and regulatory domain.
• Manage diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on strategic roadmaps and operational objectives.
• Coordinate operational working groups focused on international regulatory compliance and cross-border data exchange.
• Monitor project performance across quality, budget, and deadline specifications while managing associated risks.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable IT roadmaps and clear technical specifications.
• Provide regular progress reports and strategic advice to senior management regarding project health and legislative deadlines.

• You have 10+ years of professional experience in project and program management.
• You possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You bring extensive experience working within a public sector or government environment.
• You have deep expertise in project management methodologies including PRINCE2 and Agile.
• You possess strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to align technical teams and executive leadership.
• You're able to translate complex business needs into clear IT requirements and roadmaps.
• You bring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French at a C1 level.
