Launch Excellence Project Engineer

• Validate and document support for formulation, filling, shipping, and packaging processes.
• Execute and document urgent quality investigations to maintain operational standards.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and define appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support and implement process and system changes related to product introduction.
• Provide overall project management including coordination, planning, and issue resolution.
• Deliver progress reporting to ensure project milestones and regulatory requirements are met.

• You have a Master's degree in Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• You bring experience in executing validation projects within a GMP environment.
• You possess proficiency in planning and project coordination for technical service delivery.
• You have knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and validation processes.
• You're organized, analytical, and possess strong technical writing and communication skills.
• You're proactive and results-focused with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
