Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their service management team. This role focuses on maintaining application stability and driving minor improvements to ensure seamless service delivery and high-performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage service management activities and implement minor enhancements within the continuous application delivery process.
- Execute service management functions to ensure compliance with established service level agreements.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the application lifecycle, including evaluation, migration, and maintenance.
- Support transition and transformation processes while maintaining technical and service-oriented relationships with stakeholders.
- Utilize monitoring tools to track application performance and ensure operational stability.
- Facilitate incident, problem, and change management processes to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
- You bring 3+ years of experience as an Application Manager within complex environments.
- You possess 3+ years of experience specifically in incident, capacity, problem, or change management.
- You have proven experience evaluating and migrating applications and formulating conversion strategies.
- You bring knowledge of API technology, SQL queries, and scripting.
- You possess knowledge of ITIL and its core processes, such as configuration management and change management.
- You're proactive, autonomous, and a communicative team player.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and managing development or test environments.
- 3+ years of experience resolving complex technical problems.
- 3+ years of experience in technical communication with external clients and internal staff.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of tools such as Dbeaver, Grafana, Kibana, or Openshift.
