Management Review Lead

The position aims to transform the current GMP/GDP Management Review process. Today, it is primarily focused on compliance and retrospective analysis. It is expected to evolve into a more proactive system driven by insights and strategic decision-making, linking quality performance, patient safety, and risk management. The initial scope will cover GMP/GDP processes before expanding across the entire organization (R&D, clinical, pharmacovigilance, etc.).

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze current practices and identify areas for improvement
• Gather feedback from stakeholders
• Conduct benchmarking with other pharmaceutical companies
• Translate quality data into actionable insights
• Propose new governance models
• Support on-site operational implementation
• Participate in quality transformation workshops and projects

The role combines both strategic and hands-on execution.

Required profile:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience
• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical Quality Systems (QMS), GMP/GDP, and Management Review processes
• Autonomous, senior-level profile, able to work without close supervision
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Fluent English is mandatory

Nice to have:

• French language skills
• Experience in benchmarking or quality governance
• Conceptual knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik)

Working arrangement:

• Hybrid setup (on-site presence required for workshops and key meetings)
• Full-time position required (minimum 90%; part-time is not accepted)

Recruitment process:

• 1 to 2 interviews with the manager and a quality leader
• Possible involvement of the recruitment agency
