Project Manager

Our client is a leading organization in the telecommunications sector seeking a professional to lead complex business and technical projects. This role focuses on managing cross-departmental virtual teams to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints.

• Manage virtual teams across different departments to ensure continuous alignment between various stakeholders.
• Deliver business and technical projects on-time, on-scope, and on-budget using established project methodologies.
• Define project budgets, manage approvals through governance bodies, and monitor variances to prevent cost overruns.
• Develop realistic project plans and secure commitments from various departments regarding expected results.
• Identify risks pro-actively and initiate appropriate actions or escalations to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide continuous reporting on project status to management and offer day-to-day coaching to team members.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager within complex, large-scale environments.
• You bring a proven track record in managing end-to-end business and technical projects involving IT development.
• You possess proficiency in project management methodologies including PMI, Prince 2, and Agile.
• You have experience using office and planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
• You're an autonomous and result-driven professional with strong leadership and conflict management skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
