Our client, a prominent public institution, is seeking a specialist to lead the analysis, development, and migration of modern digital environments. The role focuses on optimizing organizational processes through the implementation of advanced collaboration tools and the integration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to analyze needs and define technical roadmaps.
- Manage complex migration trajectories from legacy systems to modern environments.
- Configure and develop solutions using SharePoint, K2, and Microsoft 365.
- Design and implement AI-driven applications and agents using Copilot Studio.
- Provide third-line support and ensure the performance, security, and stability of the digital ecosystem.
- Draft technical documentation and organize training sessions for key users.
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solution architecture and development.
- You bring expert knowledge of migration tools and methodologies, specifically transitioning from Nintex to K2.
- You possess advanced proficiency in Copilot Studio and the implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
- You have a strong background in functional analysis and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- You are experienced in 3rd line support and evolutionary maintenance of enterprise-level platforms.
- You're a proactive communicator capable of facilitating stakeholder workshops and training.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a professional command of English.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative platform.
- Experience in public sector digital transformation projects.
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications in Azure AI.
