Senior IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Security Systems

Our client, a leading public sector organization focused on national security, is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee the technical integration of critical security systems. The role involves optimizing camera connectivity processes and ensuring robust infrastructure deployment through standardized documentation and professional stakeholder coordination.

• Identify process improvements and propose technical solutions for security hardware integration.
• Develop comprehensive plans of approach based on validated technical parameters.
• Report on project progress, including the identification of bottlenecks, risks, and proposed mitigations.
• Implement quality management plans to ensure all deliverables meet required technical standards.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking using professional collaboration tools.
• Coordinate activities between internal technical teams and external system integrators.
• Contribute to the long-term vision for network infrastructure and connectivity.

• You have 8+ years of hands-on experience in managing technical IT projects and infrastructure deployments.
• You possess expert knowledge of project management and collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence.
• You bring proven experience in process optimization and the creation of standardized technical documentation.
• You're an analytical problem-solver with a proactive and critical mindset.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive results across multidisciplinary teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a strong passive knowledge of the other and active knowledge of English.
