QA Qualification Engineer

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a dedicated professional to provide quality oversight for site facilities and utilities. This role focuses on ensuring compliance across the system lifecycle, from initial design through to ongoing maintenance and decommissioning.

• Provide QA support for facilities and utilities including HVAC, water systems, and gas systems.
• Review and approve qualification deliverables such as URS, risk assessments, and DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• Oversee the review of procedures related to calibration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of systems.
• Investigate deviations and non-conformances, ensuring effective CAPA implementation for system-related issues.
• Support regulatory inspections and internal compliance assessments as a subject matter expert on qualification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality objectives are met.

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and qualification.
• You possess expertise in qualification and validation processes, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
• You bring experience with quality management systems, including CAPA, deviation management, and change control.
• You have a strong quality and compliance mindset with the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.
• You're able to work towards solutions and discuss complex topics with various business partners.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
