Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking a specialist to support analytical industrial activities from a project and documentation perspective. This role focuses on ensuring the continuity and compliance of analytical data flow within a collaborative and flexible team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze analytical data from laboratories to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Compile, review, and interpret results for reporting and regulatory purposes.
  • Review analytical documentation such as validation reports and technical specifications.
  • Support the update of specifications based on regulatory feedback and internal requirements.
  • Handle the document lifecycle through creation, revision, and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper data flow between laboratory activities and project management.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably within a QC setting.
  • You bring a strong understanding of analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, TLC, and pharmacopoeia tests.
  • You possess experience in analytical data analysis, reporting, and GMP documentation review.
  • You have the ability to work in a project management or coordination role within a regulated quality environment.
  • You're autonomous and pragmatic with a strong problem-solving mindset and organizational skills.
  • You are fluent in French with a strong knowledge of English for written documentation.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in analytical method validation or exposure to commercial pharmaceutical products.
  • Familiarity with documentation systems or enterprise tools.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English.
