Our client, a leading research and knowledge organization, is looking for a professional to manage complex procurement files. This role focuses on guiding public tender processes with a specific emphasis on information and communication technology.
Responsibilities
- Draft specifications and tender documentation for complex public procurement procedures.
- Analyze supplier bids and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and award proposals.
- Provide expert advice to internal users during both the awarding and execution phases of projects.
- Manage contractual and operational implementation challenges for diverse procurement files.
- Monitor and coordinate framework agreements specifically for ICT infrastructure.
- Organize quality evaluations and contribute to the optimization of procurement tools.
- Collaborate closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a buyer specialized in public procurement.
- 5+ years experience with ICT purchasing and deep knowledge of the ICT market.
- Profound knowledge of Belgian public procurement legislation.
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
- You possess experience in managing high-value procurement dossiers.
- You are fluent in Dutch (C2 level) with good knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working within a research or knowledge center.
- Proficiency in 3P procurement software.
- Good knowledge of French.
Offer
- Start date: 15/06/2026
- Duration: Initial contract of 208 hours with potential for extension
- Work regime: 40% (2 days or 4 half-days per week)
- Location: Mol
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
