Our client, a prominent European financial services provider, is seeking an experienced developer to join their core mobile applications team. This role focuses on the delivery and evolution of high-security mobile features, ensuring stability across high-traffic digital channels. The project involves end-to-end development, from architectural design to integration with complex back-end systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain native mobile applications while ensuring robust integration with back-end systems.
- Design user interactions and front-end architectures to deliver a seamless mobile experience.
- Build and optimize APIs, servers, and databases to support core application functionality.
- Collaborate with UX experts, designers, and functional analysts to implement modern web and mobile features.
- Implement mobile security protocols and accessibility APIs to ensure a secure and inclusive user environment.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle from initial conception to the final release process.
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience in mobile development with a focus on iOS, Swift, and the Apple iOS SDK.
- You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Apple iOS Xcode.
- You possess deep knowledge of mobile design patterns such as MVVM, Coordinator patterns, and Dependency Injection.
- You have proven experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM), URLSession, Codable, and async/await.
- You're proficient in GIT, GitHub, and BitBucket for version control and collaborative development.
- You possess experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies, including SAFe.
- You have a strong understanding of Mobile Security practices like SSL pinning and knowledge of the iOS release process.
- You're a proactive, analytical thinker with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- You are fluent in English with knowledge of Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with 3rd party library integration into mobile applications.
- Knowledge of Apple OS X environments.
- Experience conducting peer reviews for pull requests.
