Senior Data Architect – Public Sector Digital Transformation

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for a specialist to coordinate data-related activities across a large-scale case management program. This role focuses on driving data architecture and quality initiatives to ensure consistency and reliability across multiple critical project workstreams.

• Lead data architecture initiatives, focusing on data models and system consistency across the program.
• Ensure data quality standards regarding consistency, completeness, and reliability are met.
• Address and resolve complex data challenges encountered during migrations and release cycles.
• Coordinate with business, ICT, and external stakeholders to align on critical data topics.
• Manage cross-project data dependencies to ensure cohesive system evolution.
• Secure stable releases and production readiness by overseeing data-related impacts.
• Provide structured reporting to governance bodies regarding data architecture progress and risks.

• You have 8+ years of experience in data management and data architecture within complex ICT environments.
• You bring 8+ years of expertise working with Databases and Big Data technologies.
• You possess expert-level experience with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms.
• You have extensive experience in data migration and data quality improvement projects.
• You're able to manage data models, flows, and integrations in multi-stakeholder environments.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with active knowledge of English.
