Software Asset Management Specialist – SQL & Power BI

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a professional to strengthen license management within their IT department. This role combines administrative, analytical, and monitoring activities to support IT, procurement, and finance teams in optimizing the software portfolio.

• Manage the complete IT license lifecycle, covering requests, approvals, acquisitions, and renewals.
• Maintain a reliable and up-to-date database of active, expired, and renewable licenses.
• Analyze software contracts and usage data to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings.
• Monitor compliance risks and implement key performance indicators for license management.
• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making for management.

• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or IT Procurement.
• You possess advanced knowledge of licensing models from major software publishers and SAM or ITAM solutions.
• You bring advanced data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• You're recognized for your administrative rigor, analytical mindset, and proactive ownership of tasks.
• You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
