Our client, a key player in the Belgian transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Project Leader to oversee the evolution of software solutions for operational management. The role focuses on leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver applications that facilitate real-time monitoring and planning within a complex technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage scope, budget, and planning while identifying and mitigating potential risks and incidents.
- Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of analysts, developers, and testers within an Agile framework.
- Structure and prioritize the backlog and deliverables to maintain consistent progress and high-quality output.
- Organize and oversee releases and production deployments in collaboration with various technical teams.
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication and reporting at different organizational levels.
- Contribute actively to architectural choices and technical decisions to support application scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Leader in Software Development within an Agile/Scrum context.
- 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Budget Management, and Risk Management.
- 5+ years of experience managing and coaching multidisciplinary technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience with Stakeholder Management and CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps context.
- 2+ years of technical experience with .NET and Angular development.
- 2+ years of experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- 2+ years of experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- 2+ years of experience with OpenShift deployments.
- You are proactive, stress-resistant, and possess strong presentation and communication skills.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch (C2 level) with professional proficiency (B2 level) in the second language and a complex command (C1 level) of English.

- Previous experience or knowledge of the transport and logistics sector.
