Test Coordinator – SAP IS-U Data Migration

Our client, a prominent player in the energy sector, is seeking a Test Coordinator to lead the quality assurance efforts for a complex data migration project. The role focuses on transitioning business data from legacy systems to a modern S/4HANA environment while ensuring end-to-end process integrity.

• Develop and oversee the master test plan in alignment with the overarching organizational testing strategy.
• Define test scope, planning, and exit criteria while monitoring progress across all project phases.
• Coordinate the creation of test scenarios and ensure comprehensive testing of all relevant system changes.
• Lead project team members in the execution of the master test plan and conduct end-to-end testing across various products.
• Collaborate with the release manager to align environment availability with the overall test schedule.
• Report test results and progress to stakeholders while proactively managing risks and bottlenecks.
• Guide test designers and business users through the testing process to ensure quality deliverables.

• You have 3+ years experience as a Test Coordinator managing planning, organization, and test activities.
• You bring 1+ years experience working specifically on data migration projects.
• You possess proven experience within the energy or utility sector.
• You're experienced with formal test methodologies and techniques.
• You possess strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• You're agile and demonstrate the necessary flexibility to navigate complex project environments.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of SAP IS-U environments.
• Experience developing and tracking tests within Jira.
• Familiarity with release management processes.
• Experience writing test strategies and test scenarios.
• Background as a tester within Agile/Scrum project teams.
