Our client, a leading organization in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Clean Piping Engineer to manage specialized utility systems. The role focuses on the design and maintenance of piping infrastructure to ensure the safe transport of clean utilities in compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Validate designs and layouts for clean piping systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Select materials complying with industry and company standards to maintain system integrity.
  • Ensure all piping systems meet regulatory and safety standards, including GMP.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct tests and validations to ensure the reliability and safety of the piping systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and validation or commissioning protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to integrate piping systems into overall project plans.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring relevant experience as a piping engineer, specifically within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
  • You possess knowledge of industry standards such as ASME BPE and GMP regulations.
  • You're proactive with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
