Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a complex laboratory software implementation. The role focuses on deploying a new execution system template across pilot sites to harmonize quality control processes and ensure readiness for global digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and review the implementation strategy and detailed roadmap for the laboratory execution system.
  • Lead project governance through steering committees and comprehensive status reporting on scope, budget, and risks.
  • Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders within a complex matrix organization to ensure milestone delivery.
  • Oversee the configuration of master data and ensure traceability across requirements and deployment documentation.
  • Manage site readiness, change management activities, and user training to support operational transitions.
  • Ensure project compliance with quality management systems, GxP regulations, and validation standards.
  • Monitor performance through key dashboards and support internal and external audits related to the implementation.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience in project management focusing on LIMS and LES implementations.
  • You possess deep technical knowledge of the LabWare platform and Quality Control (QC) business processes.
  • You bring extensive experience working within GxP regulated environments.
  • You possess expertise in Change Management and site readiness for large-scale software deployments.
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are willing to travel between multiple sites, including within Walloon Brabant (Belgium) and Haut-de-France (France) area.

  • Duration: 7 months.
  • Work regime: Full-time.
  • Location: Walloon Brabant & Haut-de-France area
  • Working model: Onsite (4 days per week).
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
