Global Project Manager Policy & Public Affairs

Our client is a global organization operating within a highly regulated sector. The role acts as a key operational partner to functional leadership, driving the structured planning and execution of the global policy and public affairs agenda.

• Translate strategic priorities into execution plans, timelines, and milestones across global and regional teams.
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability for functional deliverables.
• Lead internal communication strategies by developing high-quality outputs and managing SharePoint knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Manage the functional budget in collaboration with finance partners, including forecasting and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute global internal and external events, such as policy forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Contribute to policy and insights projects by taking ownership of defined workstreams and technical analyses.

• You have a Bachelor's Degree.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically coordinating complex global or cross-functional initiatives.
• You have experience in operational governance, including planning cycles and the tracking of deliverables.
• You possess skills in internal communications and community engagement using SharePoint and Teams.
• You have experience in budget oversight and financial coordination.
• You're a proactive connector with the ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
