Our client, a leading organization in the biotechnology sector, is seeking a specialist to transform complex data into actionable insights within their supply chain operations. The role focuses on developing advanced reporting solutions and driving operational excellence across warehouse environments through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build complex Power BI dashboards to support supply chain teams and project stakeholders.
  • Integrate and structure data from multiple sources using Power Apps and Power Automate to create scalable reporting workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance, data-quality, and integration issues within the existing dashboard landscape.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate reporting needs into technical requirements and validated data solutions.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze warehouse processes and perform root-cause analysis for operational improvement.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions to enhance data analysis and team productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with GxP, data governance, and safety standards within a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in dashboard lifecycle management and troubleshooting complex data integration problems.
  • You possess 3+ years of professional experience applying AI-enabled solutions to improve data reporting and analysis.
  • You have practical experience using Power Apps and Power Automate to support business process automation.
  • You bring a sound understanding of warehousing, inventory management, and material planning operations.
  • You possess a working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools for variation and root-cause analysis.
  • You have a Master’s degree in Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You're analytical and tech-savvy, with a structured problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other GxP regulated environment.
  • Possession of a Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience contributing to operational excellence projects in warehouse or production environments.
  • Knowledge of Dutch or French.
