Senior Solution Designer – Enterprise Systems & Integration

Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is looking for a technical expert to lead the design of complex IT architectures. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring all solutions align with overarching enterprise standards and long-term objectives.

• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprints aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to produce high-level conceptual designs for large-scale projects.
• Design technical architectures for individual solutions to ensure seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to assess their potential impact and application within the organization.
• Advise on buy-or-build decisions and drive the development of custom integration solutions and major system enhancements.
• Act as a senior technical consultant and mentor to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain architectural integrity.

• 8+ years of experience in Architecture, Application Design, Systems Engineering, and Integration.
• Extensive experience with modern Programming Languages and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
• Proven expertise in current Application Development Methodologies and technical documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing complex Bespoke Solutions.
• Proactive consultant mindset with the ability to act as a change agent and mentor.
• You are fluent in English.

• Professional experience within the manufactured goods or distribution industry.
• Expertise in building solutions libraries and identifying components for architectural reuse.
• Active knowledge of Dutch.
