Our client, a leading organization in the European energy sector, is seeking a dedicated professional to facilitate their ongoing digital transformation and agile evolution. This role focuses on supporting multiple teams to improve their delivery, culture, and way of working while contributing to the development of sustainable energy infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support five teams with different maturity levels to inspect and adapt their processes and ways of working.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops, prioritizing empowerment and the creation of a supportive team environment.
- Utilize delivery metrics, team health data, and customer satisfaction scores to measure and guide improvements.
- Collaborate with the internal agile chapter to align team activities with broader organizational goals and ambitions.
- Guide individuals and teams toward adopting agile mindsets, behaviors, and continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate scrum activities independently while maintaining alignment with the overall digital transformation strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Scrum Master across at least two or three different teams.
- Mastery of several agile project and product management approaches, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and the Agile mindset.
- Proficiency in evidence-based development through the use of performance metrics.
- Advanced facilitation skills for both physical and virtual team environments.
- You're proactive and able to operate at different levels of the system, including individual and organizational levels.
- You possess the ability to work independently and plan complex activities without supervision.
- You bring a positive and constructive approach to providing feedback for improvement.
- You are fluent in English with a fluent level of French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of Design Thinking processes and related tools.
- Familiarity with UX design or development frameworks.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a non-IT context.
- Professional knowledge of German.
