Our client, a leading service provider, is looking for a versatile Legal Counsel to join their internal team. The role offers a blend of strategic guidance and operational legal support, with a focus on technology regulations, privacy, and general commercial law.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review a diverse range of agreements, including IT licensing, service delivery, and data processing contracts.
- Deliver pragmatic and business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage and execute various legal projects autonomously from start to finish.
- Support the legal team lead with reporting and departmental coordination.
- Act as an accessible point of contact for legal inquiries within the organization.
Requirements
- You possess a Master’s degree in Law.
- You bring a solid foundation in contract and obligations law.
- You have a demonstrated affinity with or knowledge of IT law, IP law, GDPR, and AI legislation.
- You're proactive, communicative, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French with a comfortable command of English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of or interest in Tax Law.
