Industrial Asset Management Engineer – Civil & Structural Assets – Medior

Our client, a leading player in the industrial precious metals sector, is seeking an Industrial Asset Management Engineer for their site in Hoboken. The project involves the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an asset management system focused on civil structures and building assets within a large-scale production environment.

• Design and roll out an industrial asset management system for civil and building assets based on risk-based decision making and lifecycle thinking.
• Develop tactical maintenance strategies and multi-year lifecycle plans to ensure structural reliability and safety.
• Perform root cause analyses and interpret data from RBI and degradation assessments to mitigate structural risks.
• Prepare execution-ready maintenance interventions including technical descriptions, permit requirements, and planning constraints.
• Coordinate small-scale civil improvement projects and manage relationships with external contractors and inspection partners.
• Advise on the maintainability and lifecycle impact of civil assets during the design and handover phases.

• You have a Master's degree in engineering, with a focus on Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• You bring 1+ years of experience in industrial asset management including tactical planning and maintenance strategy development.
• You possess working knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO, and Eurocode standards.
• You're experienced with risk analysis methodologies including RBI, RCA, and criticality analysis.
• You have experience coordinating projects and managing external contractors in an industrial context.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
