QA Distribution Specialist

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an operational professional to support day-to-day distribution quality activities. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in distribution operations while supporting the team in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage GDP deviations including assessment, triage, follow-up, and final closure.
• Review and approve quality documentation such as investigations, change controls, complaints, and procedures.
• Support vendor quality management through the preparation and review of Quality Agreements.
• Provide GDP expertise to guide daily quality decisions and shipment approvals.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and workshops to improve operational ways of working.

• You have 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on QA operations.
• You possess deep expertise in GDP and a solid understanding of EU GDP Guidelines.
• You bring proven experience in quality assurance families including deviation management, investigations, and change control.
• You have a strong background in the review and approval of quality documentation.
• You're autonomous and possess a pragmatic, team-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English.
