Global Evidence Generation Coordinator

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an operational manager to coordinate the setup and monitoring of global evidence generation plans. The role focuses on driving efficiency through project management, budget oversight, and the implementation of digital solutions to support medical assets.

• Organize and manage cross-functional meetings, including the preparation of supporting materials and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate input from various stakeholders to ensure the completeness and accuracy of evidence generation planning.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing studies and integrate feedback from regional partners into global tracking systems.
• Manage global medical budgets by collaborating with finance and asset leads to maintain up-to-date financial overviews
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to executive leadership and medical community heads.

• You have a Master's degree.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• You possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized project management tools.
• You're proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
