Our client is seeking a professional to lead a small supply planning team while maintaining a hands-on role in operational planning. The position ensures continuity and a reliable supply plan by balancing market demand with production capacity across multiple international markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small supply planning team to ensure operational continuity and clear priorities.
- Build and maintain long-term supply plans to guarantee timely market supply while minimizing waste.
- Balance market demand with production capacity through close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor, report, and steer on supply chain KPIs to optimize service levels and efficiency.
- Act as the primary planning representative within the site management team.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including production, quality, and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics or a related field.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and supply planning.
- You bring proven leadership skills and the ability to manage small teams.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
