Medical Project Manager

Our client is a global organization in the pharmaceutical sector seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate regional medical operations. This role focuses on streamlining medical insights, performance tracking, and capability development within a cross-functional international environment.

• Manage regional medical insights and facilitate recurring committees to ensure strategic alignment.
• Monitor medical execution performance and define key performance indicators across different territories.
• Drive the adoption and effective use of digital engagement platforms and tools.
• Support the onboarding of new team members and contribute to medical capability development programs.
• Coordinate logistics and expert interactions for major international medical congresses.
• Organize and update internal collaboration channels and digital knowledge-sharing platforms.

• You have a Master's or a Bachelor degree
• You bring a first experience in project management (internship included)
• You possess a basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• You're able to work cross-functionally within a matrix organization using strong communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in English.
