Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & OT Systems

Our client, a prominent organization in the utility sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead various transition and transformation projects. The project focuses on central infrastructure and operational technology network management systems, requiring seamless coordination across multiple teams.

• Lead and guide complex ICT infrastructure transition and transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage the collaboration and delivery performance of third-party ICT service providers.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Oversee service transition and migration projects within an Operational Technology (OT) context.
• Apply structured methodologies to manage project scope, terminology, and internal processes.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.

• You possess 8+ years of experience in leading and guiding complex projects.
• You bring proven experience with ICT Infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT) projects.
• You have a strong track record in managing Service Transition and Migration projects.
• You possess professional experience working within a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) ICT environment.
• You have successfully managed projects involving cooperation with 3rd party ICT service providers.
• You bring experience in project management across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• You have thorough knowledge of PM methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok.
• You're a strong communicator.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of experience within a Belgian utility company.
• Higher education degree (Master or Bachelor) in Engineering or a technical field.
