Our client, a prominent organization in the transportation sector, is seeking a Technical Tester to join their data and planning department. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of backend systems and integration layers within a complex operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute technical testing for API integrations covering REST and SOAP protocols.
- Perform data validation and complex technical queries within Relational Databases.
- Verify authentication mechanisms and error handling logic within integrated software solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating with development teams.
- Support the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within the project.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Technical Tester.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST, SOAP, and authentication.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Relational Databases.
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology or can demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
- You possess clear and structured communication skills.
- You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
