Project Manager – Business Transformation & Customer Onboarding

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for project managers to strengthen their delivery team. The role focuses on driving strategic customer onboarding, business transformation, and delivery coordination within a dynamic, stakeholder-driven environment.

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation to delivery while managing complex business transformations.
• Manage key customer onboarding initiatives, acting as a bridge between customers and internal product teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Drive project governance, including planning, reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments for efficient delivery.
• Gather, challenge, and validate business requirements while managing actions and dependencies.
• Support change management initiatives and proactively identify improvement opportunities within the project scope.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• You possess a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• You bring experience working in rapidly evolving or scale-up organizational structures.
• You possess strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with a strategic, helicopter-view mindset.
• You're a diplomatic and assertive communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• You have a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in telecommunications, specifically with Broadband, Fiber, HFC, or FTTH.
• Previous experience with Product Management or Change Management.
• Knowledge of API-driven service environments.
• Knowledge of French.
