Senior MSAT Engineer - Technology Transfer

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking a technical expert to oversee a critical technology transfer project for commercial oral solution products. This role ensures supply continuity by managing the transition of manufacturing processes to external partners while providing technical oversight. The position operates within a complex environment requiring a balance of project management and deep technical expertise.

• Lead technology transfer initiatives between the organization and external manufacturing partners.
• Manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, deliverables, documentation, and budget tracking.
• Prepare and review technical transfer files, protocols, and process validation reports.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
• Act as the technical authority for oral solution manufacturing processes including mixing and filling.
• Direct complex manufacturing investigations and provide advanced troubleshooting support to ensure product quality.

• You have 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on technology transfer and process validation.
• You bring advanced project management expertise across planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• You possess technical proficiency in drug product manufacturing, specifically for oral solutions.
• You're experienced in navigating quality systems and regulatory requirements in a multi-stakeholder context.
• You have the ability to lead and challenge external CMOs while maintaining collaborative relationships.
• You're an autonomous and assertive professional with the capacity to summarize complex technical issues clearly.
• You are fluent in French.
