Our client, a global organization in the life sciences sector, is looking for a professional to coordinate the implementation of digital systems within the clinical field. The role focuses on translating project objectives into practical activities while maintaining visibility over risks, deliverables, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated implementation plans, milestone roadmaps, and dependency logs for assigned workstreams.
  • Coordinate inputs from business, IT, quality, and vendor teams to track scope, deliverables, and approval checkpoints.
  • Facilitate alignment between clinical business needs and technical delivery teams to ensure requirements and configuration readiness.
  • Maintain the RAID log to identify and mitigate implementation risks related to timeline, data, and validation.
  • Prepare project meeting agendas, decision logs, and status reports to ensure transparent communication with global stakeholders.
  • Ensure project records are stored in approved repositories to support audit readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in project management or implementation coordination.
  • You have experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • You possess proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • You bring a solid understanding of project planning, RAID management, and status reporting.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are proactive, organized, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You are fluent in English with advanced working proficiency.

Nice to Haves

  • Professional certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Agile/Scrum.
  • Foundational knowledge of clinical trial processes, GxP, and computer system validation (CSV).
  • Experience with data privacy, cybersecurity, or change management.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and basic AI/Copilot literacy.
  • Working proficiency in French or Dutch.
