Training Delivery Analyst

Our client is a leading organization in the energy sector currently undertaking a significant digital transformation. This role focuses on supporting a high-priority digital upskilling initiative by identifying knowledge gaps and coordinating the delivery of specialized training programs.

• Establish a knowledge and competence baseline for various target populations.
• Conduct regular business needs analysis to define required competence levels for upcoming project phases.
• Source and collect training content to support the design of new learning modules.
• Evaluate internal training catalogs and identify potential off-the-shelf solutions available on the market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define training tracks and specific learning campaigns.
• Facilitate sustainable professional development through on-the-job support and expert networks.

• You have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in change management or people development, including training preparation and delivery.
• You possess an affinity with IT topics such as IT infrastructure, applications, and IoT.
• You're an assertive communicator capable of building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and managing resistance to change.
• You are fluent in English combined with fluency in either French or Dutch.
