Our client is a newly established infrastructure organization focused on deploying next-generation network solutions. This role leads the strategic engine of organizational evolution by prioritizing change initiatives and overseeing the full transformation portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a strategic process product roadmap and framework in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Lead and coach a team of seven Process Product Owners to ensure the development of their competencies and skills.
  • Drive the design and optimization of business processes using standardized BPMN methodology.
  • Support the prioritization of change requests by evaluating impacts through standardized frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal business owners and external delivery partners to align interests and decision-making.
  • Present roadmap status, risks, and outcomes to relevant governance boards and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of proven experience in change management and team leadership.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of BPMN methodologies and standardized process design tools.
  • You have a deep understanding of change governance frameworks and roadmap management.
  • You're able to maintain a strategic overview while identifying dependencies across various process products.
  • You bring a Master’s degree in a business or technology domain.
  • You have strong reporting and presentation skills for communicating with stakeholders and partners.
  • You possess the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and set clear boundaries.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Professional experience within the ICT or telecommunications sector.
  • Knowledge of Dutch.
