Process Team Manager – Business Transformation & Change

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a Process Team Manager to lead a specialized team within their transformation office. This role integrates people leadership with strategic organizational design to ensure the team is aligned with the organizational change roadmap. The position is central to shaping how change is prioritized, structured, and implemented across the project.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of process analysts and product owners to drive organizational growth and performance.
• Define and maintain the process roadmap and methodology framework aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee process design initiatives using standardized methodologies to ensure governance and consistency.
• Prioritize change requests and manage team capacity to focus on key organizational transformations.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage dependencies across complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare and present roadmap updates and strategic progress within governance forums and product boards.
• Act as a diplomat across stakeholders to manage conflicting expectations and set boundaries.

• You have 5+ years of experience in people leadership and coaching.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation environments.
• You possess professional knowledge of process management and optimization strategies.
• You have experience in change governance and the prioritization of strategic initiatives.
• You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You bring a strong analytical mindset with a strategic helicopter view.
• You're a proactive and diplomatic communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar process methodologies.
• Experience in the telecom or ICT sector.
• Experience working with external partners and regulators.
• Active knowledge of Dutch.
