Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications and ICT sector, is looking for a Senior Process Team Manager to lead a dedicated team of analysts within their transformation office. This role is responsible for driving the people management agenda while shaping strategic change governance and process optimization across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of process analysts and product owners to ensure professional growth and high engagement.
  • Define and maintain the process roadmap and methodology framework aligned with strategic organizational goals.
  • Drive the prioritization of change requests and ensure consistent governance across all process design initiatives.
  • Oversee process design using standardized methodologies to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
  • Act as a strategic bridge-builder between project managers and business stakeholders to manage complex expectations.
  • Prepare and present roadmaps and progress updates in executive governance forums.
  • Manage team capacity and resource allocation to maintain focus on high-impact strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience in change management or transformation environments.
  • You possess 5+ years of experience in direct people management, leading teams of 5-10 professionals with a focus on coaching.
  • You bring a proven track record in establishing change governance and prioritization structures from the ground up.
  • You're experienced in stakeholder management, acting as the primary interface between business and delivery teams.
  • You have a strong background in process management and optimization methodologies.
  • You possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • You have the ability to operate effectively at strategic, tactical, and operational levels with a strong analytical mindset.
  • You bring excellent presentation and reporting skills for senior leadership communication.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar process modeling methodologies.
  • Experience within the telecom or ICT sector.
  • Experience working with external partners and regulatory bodies.
  • Active knowledge of Dutch.
