Our client, a major organization in the transportation sector, is seeking a professional to lead their HRIS transformation roadmap. The project involves migrating from legacy systems to a cloud-based environment and optimizing a comprehensive suite of modules for a large-scale workforce.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and align application strategies with organizational needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional analyses and scalable configuration best practices.
- Lead the configuration and customization of core modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, and Story Reporting.
- Monitor the development lifecycle through system setup, testing, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Maintain data integrity and quality standards throughout the migration and implementation phases.
- Evaluate system performance and propose enhancements based on the latest platform innovations.
- Advise internal teams on sustainable solutions and out-of-the-box functionality within the application suite.
Requirements
- You have 10+ years of experience as a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors within large-scale organizations.
- You bring extensive expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- You possess deep knowledge of Recruiting Marketing, LMS, GMPM, and People Analytics.
- You have a proven track record in migrating Recruitment and Onboarding from Employee Profile to Employee Central.
- You're experienced with SuccessFactors interfacing and integration with third-party applications.
- You possess valid Associate Certifications for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- You have a strong understanding of HR data models and complex HR processes.
- You're proactive with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 for all).
Nice to Haves
- Experience migrating SuccessFactors modules toward external ATS systems.
- Experience working in environments with a mixed workforce of over 10,000 employees.
