Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a professional to support their enterprise-wide data management initiative. This role involves acting as a strategic bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of a trusted customer data source.
Responsibilities
- Review and quality-check functional and technical deliverables produced by external system integrators.
- Challenge design choices to ensure alignment with organizational standards and the long-term data strategy.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across integration, analytics, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Document decision logs, business rules, data mappings, and onboarding materials for future use cases.
- Prepare and structure requirements for upcoming project phases and functional expansions.
- Provide daily program management office support to ensure the initiative remains on track.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Integration.
- You have strong technical literacy regarding MDM concepts, data models, and integrations.
- You bring experience reviewing and validating external vendor deliverables from a client perspective.
- You possess solid business analysis and technical documentation skills.
- You're able to operate autonomously within complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM platforms or cloud data solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance tooling.
- Professional background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Familiarity with CIAM or identity-driven data flows.
- Exposure to large-scale, integrator-led transformation programs.
