Senior Talent Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist

Our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking an expert to strengthen data privacy activities within their HR function. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling the business through the transformation of privacy frameworks into operational guidance.

• Act as the primary expert for data privacy and regulatory questions within the talent department.
• Advise stakeholders on data collection, processing, and retention practices to ensure compliance.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, governance policies, and training materials.
• Manage Data Subject Requests and define data retention frameworks.
• Conduct privacy assessments and DPIAs for global talent processes and systems.
• Implement privacy-by-design principles and challenge stakeholders to ensure practical business solutions.
• Coordinate privacy-related onboarding activities for external vendors.

• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in data privacy governance and compliance roles.
• You have extensive expertise in GDPR including DSRs, DPIAs, and privacy assessments.
• You possess the ability to independently develop SOPs, policies, and complex governance documentation.
• You have experience defining and implementing data retention and deletion frameworks.
• You bring strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to translate legal requirements into business guidance.
• You are fluent in English.

• Experience with Talent or HR data and knowledge of the EU AI Act.
• Possession of CIPP/E certification or a legal background.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors, Collibra, or similar tools and active knowledge of French.
