Senior Program Manager – Software Delivery & Planning Systems

Our client, a major organization in the transport sector, is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-priority software transformation program. The role involves overseeing complex delivery streams and managing the end-to-end integration of advanced planning systems.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software programs within a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Manage the procurement and integration of large-scale software solutions including the full RFP lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Ensure the alignment of software development life cycles with business objectives across various project streams.
• Drive the implementation of specialized planning systems while maintaining integration with existing infrastructure.
• Oversee cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and recognized project management frameworks.

• You have 10+ years of experience as a project manager focusing on software delivery projects.
• You possess 6+ years of experience in program management for large-scale organizational initiatives.
• You bring 5+ years of experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery teams.
• You have 2+ years of experience with planning systems within a transport or logistics context.
• You possess end-to-end experience with "buy and integrate" models and have managed several RFP processes.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Proven experience communicating with C-level Executives.
• Expertise in strategic roadmap creation.
• Proficiency with project management frameworks such as PM², PMBOK, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
