Our client, a major player in the energy transition sector, is seeking a Marine and Island Coordinator Watch service. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support for a large-scale offshore energy infrastructure project, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate data management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update operational data within the project coordination software system.
  • Ensure vessel and personnel registrations are accurately entered and maintained in the system.
  • Monitor incoming information from contractors and verify the completeness of submitted documentation.
  • Support the planning and coordination of vessel movements and personnel transfers to offshore project sites.
  • Manage the administration of permits, access, and vessel approvals.
  • Participate in daily coordination meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action logs.
  • Escalate inconsistencies, deviations, or operational concerns to the project team.

Requirements

  • You have experience in an administrative, logistics, maritime, or operational coordination environment.
  • You bring strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured and systematic manner.
  • You possess a proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • You're a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
