Service Teamleader – IT Asset & License Management

Our client, a major player in the Belgian energy sector, is instrumental in driving the transition toward a sustainable and reliable power grid. The role focuses on leading the Asset Stock & Purchase team to provide critical administrative, financial, and technical support across the IT infrastructure and security departments. • Supervise and support team members, managing schedules and leading weekly coordination meetings.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of operational procedures and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Manage complex software license orders and provide expert support for asset procurement.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Lead process improvement projects in collaboration with departments such as HR and Procurement.

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in a similar team lead or service management role.
• You possess generic IT knowledge and a strong understanding of software license management processes.
• You're proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• You bring strong analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• You're an excellent communicator with a focus on team spirit and client satisfaction.
• You possess the ability to manage priorities effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other national language and English.
