Junior Production Support Engineer - Clinical Supply & GMP

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to support their clinical supply production department. This role focuses on ensuring documentation accuracy for timely batch release while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

• Perform detailed batch record review to facilitate the timely release of clinical batches.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects focused on quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Act as a first point of contact for production-related issues and coordinate activities related to technical breakdowns.
• Conduct and document root cause investigations in response to quality deviations.
• Execute and document minor and major changes to existing equipment within established deadlines.
• Provide operational support to production departments through hands-on involvement in a shift-based environment.

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in a production or engineering environment.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a structured, accurate approach to independent work.
• You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You're flexible and willing to work in a shift system (early and late shifts).
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
