Business Analyst – Asset Management & SAP Migration

Our client, a prominent player in the utility and energy distribution sector, is looking for a business analyst to support a large-scale system transformation. This role focuses on migrating asset data from legacy environments to modern systems while ensuring seamless integration and process optimization across the organization.

• Perform detailed business analysis and validate requirements with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops to monitor data quality, verify migrated asset data, and manage post-workshop follow-up activities.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and analyze results to ensure the integrity of new interfaces and integrations.
• Bridge the gap between end-users and the project team by managing feedback loops and ensuring transparent communication.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and manage dependencies between various deliverables and teams.
• Design and document functional manuals and training materials tailored to a large and diverse user base.
• Support management decisions by providing expert analysis and facilitating process-related steering meetings.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on requirements engineering and stakeholder management for large-scale solutions.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in workshop facilitation and documentation of complex functional manuals.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in asset management and data modeling within the utility or infrastructure sector.
• You have 3+ years of experience in coordinating and delivering training for implementations involving a large stakeholder group.
• You possess proven experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and process optimization methodologies.
• You have experience facilitating change management processes during significant technical transitions.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communicative skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience as a Test Specialist specifically within an Asset Management context.
• 3+ years of experience within the Belgian distribution network sector.
• Knowledge of SAP IS-U and S/4HANA migrations.
