Our client, a prominent organization in the public security sector, is seeking a senior professional to manage critical international data exchange systems. This role focuses on the development, integration, and maintenance of high-availability technological components for national security infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate technological components for high-availability database systems.
- Create prototypes and assist in the execution of comprehensive test programs to ensure reliability.
- Draft technical documentation to support system architecture and maintenance procedures.
- Configure and implement system updates according to international data exchange protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams and user groups to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Provide high-level technical support and maintenance for critical application environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years backend development with Java.
- 3+ years backend development with PHP.
- 3+ years frontend development with Angular and JavaScript.
- 3+ years experience with PostgreSQL for database implementation and maintenance.
- 3+ years using Maven and GitLab for build and version control.
- 3+ years working within Linux environments.
- 3+ years experience with OpenMQ messaging systems.
- 3+ years working within Agile methodologies.
- You are willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with on-site intervention within one hour.
- You possess active knowledge of English and are fluent in either French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Previous experience working with public security or law enforcement organizations.
- Proficiency in tools provided by euLisa.
